Returns & Refunds
If you want to return the items, we kindly ask that you first submit the “RMA request”. All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA from zeatech. Refunds will be processed after zeatech receives and inspects the returned items.
1.Returns
zeatech offers to return or exchange service for most items within 30 days of receiving products. If you want to return an item, just follow 4 steps.You will receive your money within 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to their account. Processing time can vary between banks.
- Click "Return Items You Ordered" below and fill in the "RMA request" to get started.
- After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.
- Return the parcel to us. You can print the shipping label online if qualified for free return.
- Once the parcel arrives, we will send your refund back to you.
2. Exchanges
If the replacement units are in stock, it can be shipped within 1 business day. If the replacement units are out of stock, we will inform you via email once it is shipped.
- Click "Return Items You Ordered" below and fill in the "RMA request" to get started.
- After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.
- zeatech will inspect the items once received.
- The replacement will be shipped out.
3. Repairs (within Warranty Period)
Free repair service is available for most items (excluding consumables) within the warranty period. zeatech will ship out the repaired items after test and verification.

- After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.

- The items will be shipped out after repair.
To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days after you received the products. For eligible items, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.
